Three steps. No spreadsheets.
- Step 1
Step 1: Upload your bill
A recent statement from any wireless carrier: a PDF, screenshot or photo of the summary pages.
- Step 2
Step 2: We break it down
Service charges are separated from device payments, insurance, add-ons, taxes and fees.
- Step 3
Step 3: See what you could save
Your service cost is compared with lower-cost unlimited plans, with the price conditions shown.
A clear answer, in dollars.
Your result leads with an estimated yearly saving, then shows exactly what it's based on: the part of your bill that's actually wireless service, the plan we compared it to, and the conditions attached to that price.
An honest comparison, not a sales pitch.
We compare the part that matters
Phone payments and insurance usually follow you when you switch, so they shouldn't make another carrier look cheaper. We leave them out.
No carrier research
We untangle line access fees, discounts and bundled charges so you can compare like with like.
The catches, up front
AutoPay, prepayment and other price conditions are shown next to the price, before you click anywhere.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There's nothing to buy and no account to create. If a plan link ever earns us a commission, we say so right next to that link.

Which carriers' bills can I upload?
A bill from any US wireless carrier. We read what you pay today, whoever your carrier is, and compare it with the plans below.
Which plans do you compare against?
Lower-cost unlimited plans from Boost Mobile, Google Fi and Mint Mobile, using regular, ongoing prices from each provider's own website (last checked 2026-10-04). Both sides are compared before taxes and fees.
Why aren't my phone payments counted?
Device payments and insurance usually continue whichever carrier you use. Counting them would make switching look better than it is.
Do I have to switch?
No. BillBounty only gives you an estimate. If a plan interests you, “View this plan” opens the provider's site, where you can check its current terms, coverage and phone compatibility.
